Nogar – Bouyon Pressure Vol. 2 Drum Kit License Agreement
This license is granted to the purchaser of Nogar – Bouyon Pressure Vol. 2 (the “Drum Kit”). By purchasing or downloading this Drum Kit, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included sounds in your own musical compositions and audiovisual productions.
Permitted uses
- Use the sounds in personal and commercial music releases
- Use the sounds in songs, beats, films, games, advertising, and online content
- Use the sounds in any DAW or music production software
Prohibited uses
- Sell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the sounds as standalone files
- Include the sounds in another drum kit, sample pack, or sound library
- Make the sounds available for download, whether free or paid
The sounds may only be used as part of a musical or audiovisual work.
Ownership
All sounds remain the property of Nogar. This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
